Always Be Aware

If you manage multiple blogs, seeing what’s happening on all of them in real time is really useful.  It lets you spot sites with increased activity, allowing you to proactively contact clients or manage content accordingly.  It also lets you spot trends across sites, letting you understand what people were doing and how you can adjust to keep traffic high.

The demo button above launches the Multisite Live Monitor.  It lets you view, in real time, visitor interactions with multiple sites.  The sites included in this demo are part of our Featured Sites program.  This program is free to join, just login to your Tallyopia.com account and check the Eligible for Featured Sites checkbox.

At the top of the report, you’ll see visitors arriving and departing on the map.  The gauges to the left will change as visitors browse through your websites, and the tables will give you breakdowns by site and page being viewed.

At the bottom of the report, you’ll be able to click on any visitor to get a detailed breakdown of his activity.  The pie charts will show you aggregated statistics on the visitors currently viewing your websites.  For example, you’ll see visitors grouped by who authored the articles they’re viewing, what categories are being viewed, and from what countries they are from.
