Affiliate Program

The affiliate program is a great way to make money with Tallyopia.  Everyone with a Tallyopia account is automatically part of the affiliate program.  If you aren’t using Tallyopia’s analytics but want to be part of the program, you can create a free Affiliate Only account by clicking here (Affiliate Only accounts don’t track analytics and don’t need to install any plugins).

Here’s how the affiliate program works, and how you can earn $5 right away:

 

The Basics

We pay you 20% of the revenue generated by clients that sign up through your referral link, for as long as those clients have a paying account with us.  We track referrals for 60 days using a cookie generated when someone clicks through your referral link, so you’ll be credited with any client who signs up within 60 days of clicking on your link .

To get started, first enter your PayPal id on your Tallyopia.com Profile page in the Affiliate Account section.  Next, setup your Affiliate Links (see below).

 

The Affiliate Link

The affiliate link consists of a URL to our site along with the URL parameter tallyaffid=####.  The # characters would be replaced by your Affiliate ID number, found on your Tallyopia Profile page.  You can link to any page on our site, but we recommend linking to our homepage or to our Plans page.  Sample links could look like:

http://tallyopia.com/?tallyaffid=####
http://tallyopia.com/plans/?tallyaffid=####

You can create a text link, such as “Tallyopia Analytics” or “Tallyopia Analytics for WordPress”.  You can also create a graphical link.  One idea would be to create screenshots of your analytics, and use them to link to us.  Take a look at the Suggestions section below for more ideas.

 

Show Me The Money!

We’ll pay you by the 10th of the month following any month when you have accumulated $20 or more.  We pay through PayPal, so you will need to supply your PayPal account as mentioned before.

 

Suggestions

If you’re looking for some ideas on how to generate Affiliate revenue, here are a few:

  • Include your affiliate link in a review of Tallyopia on your website
  • Use screenshots of your analytics when discussing your web traffic, and link the screenshots to our site using your affiliate link
  • Use the Tallyopia shortcodes to embed live analytics on your website, and wrap the widgets with your affiliate link
  • Include your affiliate link in Twitter postings about analytics

 

Make a Quick $5

Here’s an easy way to earn $5 in your account.  Just write a review of Tallyopia on your website.  Email us so that we can verify the article, and we’ll add $5 to your account.  There are a few requirements on the article, though:

  • We’d like the post to be more than just a mention.  Write a couple of paragraphs about Tallyopia, maybe even include a screenshot.
  • Link to tallyopia.com at least once with the words “Tallyopia Web Analytics” or “Tallyopia WordPress Analytics”.
  • Link to our Twitter feed @tallyopia with the link http://twitter.com/tallyopia .
